Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow:
- 1–2 business days for standard processing
- 2–4 business days during sales or peak seasons

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If the tracking link does not update immediately, please allow up to 24–48 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in some countries.
- Some products may be restricted due to customs regulations.
- Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your delivery is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 7 days so we can assist you. Include your order number and any relevant photos.
