1. Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our support team at support@example.com with your order number.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack your items securely and include your order confirmation.
3. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Simply start a return request and let us know which item you would like instead.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received something damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
